Terms and Conditions


Orders can currently only be paid for by PayPal through this site. Other payment methods will be coming online as and when available. You can also order by telephone on 07501 432964.

Free downloads are available upon ordering.

Orders are processed on a daily basis Mondays – Fridays and are processed on a first come, first served basis.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.

Despatching and Deliveries

Currently all deliveries are despatched via Royal Mail, and within 2-3 days of ordering. If items are not made to order and in stock, they will be despatched at the earliest opportunity. Orders are typically despatched at 4PM daily once your order has been processed and packed. You will receive a confirmation email once your parcel has been dispatched.

If your delivery has not arrived after 7 days, please contact us on 07501 432964.


Items made to order (such as planner layouts and custom stickers) are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 4 hours of ordering.

Printed items, tools and supplies may be returned by prior agreement only. Where possible, returned products should be in their original packaging along with a note as to why the item is being returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Cookies may be used on this site to facilitate the shopping basket and online store sections of the site. We have no direct access to any information these may store.
